Chocolate Mousse

First, we gathered our ingredients!
1 envelope gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
2 tbsp butter softened 
1 1/4 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed 

Next, in small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it stand for 1 minute. Stir over low heat until dissolved. 

Stir in butter until melted :)

We processed the milk, sugar. cocoa powder, and vanilla in a blender. While processing, we gradually added the gelatine mixture and blended well :)

Pour into a bowl then whisk in whipped topping.

Chill until firm!!:)
