To begin, we gathered our ingredients:
Two large potatoes
1/4 cup of butter (melted)
coarse salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Then, carefully wash and dry potatoes. Using a fork, pierce the potato in several places to allow steam to escape while cooking.
Next, roll potatoes in the melted butter and sprinkle coarse salt on all sides.
Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake 45-60 minutes!
Once done, the potatoes will be fork tender.
